1. Refund Eligibility Window
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all new, first-time subscribers.
- New Subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund request within the first 7 days of service.
- Renewals: Monthly or yearly renewals are considered final and are non-refundable.
- Trial Accounts: Users who have already utilized a 24-hour trial are not eligible for refunds on subsequent paid plans.
- Promotional Sales: Discounted holiday bundles or limited-time “Flash Sale” packages are non-refundable.
2. Processing Your Request
Once a refund is requested, our billing team will verify your account usage.
- Approval: If approved, your service access will be deactivated immediately.
- Timeline: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Fees: Please note that any initial activation or setup fees are non-refundable.

We cannot issue refunds for circumstances outside of our control:
- Internet Stability: Buffering caused by low ISP speeds or unstable Wi-Fi is not eligible. We recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for 4K stability.
- Device Compatibility: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their device (Smart TV, Mag Box, or App) is compatible before purchasing.
- Service Violations: Accounts banned for “Restreaming” or using more than the allowed number of simultaneous connections will not be refunded.
