1. Usage Rights & Restrictions

Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access our content for personal, non-commercial use.

No Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, restreaming, or redistributing our feeds.
Account Integrity: You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
Single-Household Use: Subscriptions are intended for use within a single household. Sharing your lines with external users may result in automated account suspension.

2. Forbidden Conduct

To maintain service quality for all members, we prohibit the following:

Reverse-engineering our applications or attempting to extract stream URLs.
Using automated tools (bots/scrapers) to access our channel lists.
Attempting to bypass regional content locks via unauthorized methods.
Using our service for any illegal purposes that violate local or international laws.

3. Technical Performance & Limitations

While we provide high-bandwidth 4K and HD streams, the final viewing quality is dependent on your infrastructure.

Internet Requirements: A stable connection (minimum 25 Mbps for 4K) is required. We are not liable for buffering caused by ISP throttling or weak local Wi-Fi.
Device Compatibility: It is the user’s responsibility to use compatible hardware (Smart TVs, Firesticks, Android boxes).
Content Changes: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove channels and VOD content from our library at any time due to maintenance or licensing updates.

4. Intellectual Property

The IPTV Marinios brand, logo, and website interface are the exclusive property of our company. All third-party media content (channels and movies) is streamed via links to the respective broadcasters. We do not store or host illegal media on our own servers.

5. Security & Unauthorized Access

6. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without prior notice if a user is found in violation of these Terms.

Violations include: Multi-IP login (unless permitted by your plan), harassment of support staff, or attempted hacking.
As per our Refund Policy, accounts terminated for cause are not eligible for any reimbursement.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

Our service is provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis. IPTV Marinios makes no warranties that the service will be 100% uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your current active subscription period.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after such updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
